For billions of years there have been two opposite sexes. Male and female, these recently developed into two different factions. On the female side they developed feminism. On the male side they developed masculinity. For many years women lived in a male-centric society. In 1920's women got a lot if not most of the rights men have. The feminist movement started to rapidly rise in waves since about the 19th century.

This radio programme is about 50% reservation for women in panchayats which has been introduced recently in Himachal Pradesh. Urmila Katoch, a successful woman pradhan who has done developmental work in her village despite a lot of opposition talks about the challenges she had to face. Kamla Bhasin,a well-known feminist and founder of organisations - Jagori and Sangat has also shared her views on reservation in this show.

इस कार्यक्रम में एक रेडिओ नाटक के जरिये महिलाओं की अपने पिता की सम्पति में बराबर के हक मतलब जमीन में हिस्सेदारी की बात की गयी है और उन्हें भी किसान होने के हक के बारे में बात की गयी है, जिसे सांझा पट्टा कहा गया है.

घरेलु हिंसा अधिनियम २००५ पर जागोरी संस्था ने दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जिसमे ३०-४० सुरक्षा अधिकारीयों ने भाग लिया और इस कार्यशाला के दौरान मिली जानकारियों पर आधारित यह रेडिओ कार्यक्रम है.

हमारे देश मे आज भी कई औरते है जिन्हे उनके सास ससुर और पति दहेज के लिए प्रताडित करके उनहे घर से निकाल दिया जाता है और कभी कवार आपके सामने मार पीट यहा तक जला देने वाले हादसे नजर आते है । इसको हमने नाटक के माध्यम से वताया है ।

वन मन्होत्सव आजकल हम देखते है कि हमारा जो पर्यावरण है वह कितना खराब हो चुका है तो हम इसको स्वच्छ रखने के लिए कुछ न कुछ करते ही रहते है जैसे पेड लगाना रैलियां निकालना नुकडड नाटक बैठके करके लोगो को इसके उपर जागरुक करना कि अपने पर्यावरण से प्यार करना चाहिए । तभी हम अपने पर्यावरण को वचा सकते है ।

वर्तमान समाज में स्त्री की स्थिति पर बनाये गये इस कार्यक्रम में लोगो के विचारों को शामिल करते हुए बालिकाओ को भी सामान अधिकार देने की बात की गयी है.

समाज में एकल महिलाओं की स्थिति और उनके द्वारा सामना किये जा रही विषम परिस्थितियों के ऊपर ये रेडिओ नाटक बनाया गया है, ताकि समाज में लोगो का सहयोग उन्हें मिल सके.
