Talking about the urgency for addressing the disconnect between economic growth and job growth, this episode cautions that the widening gap between growth and job creation could be a stumbling block in the progress of many other SDGs including those targeting poverty eradication and gender parity.

On September 25th, 2015, member states of the United Nations adopted a set of 17 goals to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.
